Roundhouse adidasSolar Drive / Paris Flagship
adidas tasked us with creating a pre-campaign retail activation for the Solar Drive running shoe at their Paris store, requiring a proactive design approach while the SS19 campaign was still being developed by the global running team. I led the development of a concept that would effectively communicate the shoe's benefits—speed, energy return, and lightness.

My design solution was an interactive tunnel installation that immersed visitors in the feeling of dynamic movement with programmable LED strips encircling visitors to create a sensation of chargin energy through motion. Custom footwear towers, designed as modular fixtures for reuse, featured LED-lit sculptural elements inspired by the shoe's technology. I storyboarded and directed the creation of in-house motion content that visually conveyed the shoe's key performance attributes. An exploded shoe illustration was commissioned from a specialized artist to demonstrate how the technology fused together to boost energy return in a lightweight package.  

Once the official campaign toolkit became available, we seamlessly integrated the assets into the retail installation, creating a cohesive and impactful brand experience that activated the main entrance of the adias Paris flagship door.
