adidasStore Concept for
adidas Basketball
adidas brand leaders wanted to design a basketball specific retail concept for mass market adoption in mall locations that still delivered on the stylish and premium take on the sport that the brand is known for. This store concept was delivered through a design sprint, quickly ideating on themes and ultimately expressed through two approachs : The Future of Basketball and Game X Life, each showing a distinct layout and composition to attract visitors from a distance and provide novel ways to engage with the brand and connect with the product offering. Creating elevated and considered moments using powerful moments of unique materials, hard-working fixtures and evergreen brand storytelling, I designed each space to express different approaches to adidas basketball so that stakeholders could evaluate the concepts and understand the range of possibility.
